Queries Sent to Search Providers
A name, location, or other term entered in a sponsored search box is sent directly to the third-party company that operates the tool. Glasscock County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy policy governs its handling of the query and any later account or payment information.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to review and answer it. We do not share message content outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Sensitive identifiers and official records should be sent to the responsible government custodian, not through a website message.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Standard server, security, and analytics systems may record information when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring page or site, when available; and
- date and time stamps.

We use ordinary administrative and technical safeguards suited to the information handled. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot promise that data will never be intercepted, lost, misused, or accessed without permission.
